Privacy notice
How Dr.Esans handles information submitted through sample requests and customer accounts.
Information you provide
The development and sample request forms collect your company, contact name, country or region, requirements, consent, and at least one contact method: WeChat ID, phone or business email. You may also provide a target market or use, quantity in kilograms, carrier, concentration, preferred timing, a product reference or version, and up to four perfume references.
Why it is used
We use this information to receive, review, protect against abuse, and respond to your request. Service providers needed to operate the website, send login messages, or process requests may handle it only for those purposes.
Customer accounts and company projects
Customer accounts use a verified mainland China phone number and an essential session cookie. SMS is used for login verification, and business email is optional. Company applications are reviewed manually. Access to projects, samples, evaluations, quotes, and private documents depends on company membership and role, so other authorized members of your company may see relevant records. Document access can be revoked. We keep account and business activity records for security and follow-up. Customer-centre visits and project identifiers are excluded from browser analytics.
Optional analytics and PostHog
If you accept analytics, we load PostHog from the host configured for this site and send limited events such as page paths, feature actions, device and session identifiers. PostHog may use cookies and browser storage. We disable autocapture, session recording, surveys, and person profiles for unidentified visitors; we also remove query strings, campaign identifiers, form content, and contact details from browser analytics, and exclude customer-account paths. PostHog may process data outside your country under the safeguards and retention configured for our PostHog project. We do not load PostHog or send analytics before you accept. You can reject with equal prominence or withdraw later through “Analytics choices” in the footer; withdrawal stops future capture and clears PostHog browser persistence on this site. With analytics consent, we may retain filtered campaign source, medium, and campaign values in this tab to attribute a later inquiry; rejecting or withdrawing clears these values. Your choice and its date are stored locally so the site can remember it. Contact us for the current project retention or to exercise a privacy right.
Your choices
Only share information needed for us to respond to your request. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential formulas, or other sensitive information. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of a submitted request, email us and include the request reference when available.
